   Lake Shore, NNE of Little Sand Lake.  Owner:  Wis. Dept. of Natural Resources.

AQUIFER.--Sand and gravel.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled observation water table well, diameter
   4.5 in., cased to 39.5 ft.


INSTRUMENTATION.--Water level measured periodically by observer.

DATUM.--Elevation of land-surface datum is 1594.83 ft above sea level. 
   Measuring point:  top of casing, 1597.42 ft above land-surface datum.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--February 1996 to June 1998.
