Trend Analysis
Kendall's Tau trend test was applied to annual flood peak data through Water Year 2002. Results indicate that there are a substantial number of sites with statistically significant trends (p< 0.05) as indicated in the table below. Click on map to the right to see it full size.

The annual flood peaks are increasing in some cases and decreasing in others.
The map shows the distribution of sites with flood-peak information across the state.
