Aquatic Cycling of Mercury in the Everglades (ACME)
Project Number: xxx
Project Chief: Dave Krabbenhoft
Project Topics: mercury cycling pathways, restoration
Cooperators:
Period of Project: yyyy to present
Introduction
The ACME project is an interagency, multidisciplinary study with the overall objective to conduct intensive, process-oriented research that focuses on the primary mercury cycling pathways in the Everglades, and which can be synthesized by a "model" for restoration and predictive purposes.
Problem
EXAMPLE Why are we doing this project? What other projects or public issues could this data inform? Reference any public agendas or regulatory issues as well...

Objectives
Objectives of this study are to:
- Establish a surface-water data-collection network along the x river in Wisconsin...
- Establish a ground-water-level data-collection network in the x watershed in Wisconsin...
- Provide these data to the public officals, industry, and the public in the following ways...
Benefits
EXAMPLE The data-collection program will benefit Wisconsin by documenting... A database containing xx over a number of years may benefit present and future quantitative surface-water and (or) ground-water studies. Ground-water levels within the watershed may be used by biologists and others involved with restoration activities.
Scope
What sites, data, watersheds, aquifers, communities, toxics, methods, etc...define the boundaries of this project. How is it
Approach
Monitoring wells will be located... Gaging stations will be located...This pattern will be repeated on the opposite side of the river. Other methodology, imagery, mapping, software used, etc.
